1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, including:

• accessing or attempting to access non-public areas or systems without permission;
• interfering with, disrupting, or degrading the Service or infrastructure;
• uploading malicious code, spam, or fraudulent content;
• using automated means to scrape or abuse the Service beyond authorized API usage;
• infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate law or third-party rights.

The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their terms and privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

6. Fees and Payments

Some features may require payment. If you purchase paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose risk to the Service or other users, or as required by law. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions) will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Repit AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Repit and its affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Repit is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to resolve disputes in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
